The room we booked for triple occupancy was spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, being within a 3-5 minute walk to a 7-11 and a massage shop. The owner, who was a foreigner, spoke English and Thai fluently, making communication easy. He even showed us how to get to the nearest BTS station. Despite the language barrier with the staff, the boss was accommodating and friendly.
Nothing negative to say.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe how affordable it was. Secondly, the location was perfect - tucked away down a quiet alley but still in the center of everything. Finally, the staff were incredibly attentive and made sure that all my needs were taken care of. Plus, the rooms had everything I needed, including a very comfortable bed. I was very impressed with this hotel.
All was great, no complaints whatsoever.

comfortable room, excellent service. The staff is so friendly and helpful
Breakfast is the same for 2 days we stayed here. I think 2 or 3 days are okay. But if longer than 3 days, should have more options for breakfast.

Friendly and helpful staff, who even taught us some Thai phrases. Good breakfast options, with delicious fried noodles and refillable brewed coffee.Convenient location near a main road, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
Slight sewage smell in the bathroom, but not enough to ruin the stay. Limited English channels on the TV and occasional unstable wifi.

Good location, close to the big shopping malls. Owner was really helpful. All personnel spoke english. Wifi worked ok. Covered parking available.
Breakfast could have bigger variation.

Convenient location, close to the end of the Airport Rail line. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Clean towels daily. Breakfast quite adequate with choice (almost) made to order. Lots of shopping and street vendors on the doorstep.
Extended my stay and used two different rooms. Both had very smelly bathrooms (drains) which took some effort to sort out.Big difference between price quoted (£87) and actual price (£106) - quoted prices based on very out of date exchange rates.
